As the Assistant Manager of Branding & Marketing at Accordion, you will be responsible for managing key execution of brand strategy decisions to enhance the impact of the company's brand on internal and external audiences. Your role will primarily involve overseeing the management of the brand's social media presence (both organic and paid), the company website, and internal marketing channels. To excel in this position, you will need a combination of creative thinking, marketing expertise, a process-driven approach, and a hands-on involvement in all marketing channels. Your responsibilities will include executing corporate brand strategies aligned with the company's goals, handling end-to-end execution of brand and performance marketing plans both internally and externally (such as social media ads and organic content), ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and positioning. You will collaborate with various teams to execute internal communication and brand campaigns effectively. Additionally, you will work closely with the team lead to implement social media strategies, support event initiatives, and collaborate with graphic design teams to develop content for social media and internal campaigns. As the Assistant Manager, you will be involved in identifying, onboarding, and managing external partners for branding and marketing initiatives. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to contribute to the content strategy will also be part of your responsibilities. You will research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to bring innovative ideas to the table and keep branding and marketing efforts current. Ideal candidates for this role should hold an MBA from a reputed institute with 5-6 years of experience in branding and marketing. They should possess expertise in brand management, performance ads, omnichannel marketing, social media marketing, campaign management, and internal corporate communication. Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential. The role requires excellent project management skills, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative mindset.
