Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a part of BDO India LLP, the India member firm of BDO International, offering strategic, operational, accounting, tax & regulatory advisory services to domestic and international organisations across various industries. With a team of over 6000 professionals operating in 11 cities, we pride ourselves on a client-centric and knowledge-driven work culture. Key Responsibilities: - Have an excellent knowledge of Indian GAAP with working knowledge of differences from Indian GAAP to Ind AS. - Apply relevant accounting standards, independently execute Ind AS engagements, and research complex technical accounting issues. - Demonstrate knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, staying updated with new pronouncements related to Ind AS. - Monitor engagement budget with guidance from the Engagement Manager. - Get work reviewed directly by the Partner under the Engagement Manager's supervision. - Take full responsibility for documentation and guide/monitor junior team members. - Assist in preparing proposals for obtaining new mandates. - Be open to traveling within India or abroad. Qualifications Required: - Qualified CA with 3-5 years of experience post qualification.,
