Role & responsibilities Understand and manage various audit processes, interpret results, and implement action plans accordingly. Ensuring smooth and efficient processes, including picking, packing, and coordination of goods. Addressing all challenges that may arise during the order fulfillment process and maintaining product integrity. Oversee all types of product placement and putaway processes, ensuring optimal storage and organization of goods within the warehouse. Familiarity with various audit processes, results interpretation, and action plan implementation, along with accurate reporting skills.Maintain accurate reporting to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Collaborate with diverse teams, including warehouse staff, management, and other departments, fostering a cohesive and cooperative work environment. Effectively managing and guiding a large team of warehouse personnel, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring optimal team performance.
