Role & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

To supervise and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality output, safety compliance, and efficient resource utilization. The role involves cross-functional coordination, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives to support production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Supervision & Quality Control:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor production lines for efficiency and safety compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues promptly.

• Process Improvement & Planning:

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance production methods and reduce costs.
• Analyze production data and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and manage production schedules and budgets.

• Safety & Sustainability:

• Implement and enforce safety protocols considering worker well-being.
• Identify and report unsafe practices.
• Promote eco-friendly practices to reduce carbon footprint.

• Inventory & Resource Management:

• Minimize shop floor inventory and ensure optimal material usage.
• Reconcile ERP inventory data with physical stock and address gaps.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment as needed.

• Training & Development:

• Provide training to staff on new procedures and problem-solving techniques.
• Share industry advancements and best practices with team members.

• Stakeholder Coordination:

• Schedule and lead meetings with internal departments and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of production goals with organizational objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
• Experienced in PCBs manufacturing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and lean manufacturing principles.
