Job Description

Role & responsibilities Planning and organising production schedules, also meeting daily, weekly and monthly plans by effective utilization of resources Material & Manpower planning in advance to run all lines smoothly To allocate job for the prodction leaders and ensure the planned quantity is achieved on regular basis. Timely Work Order closing Daily SFG Review meeting with production & PPC team To conduct the daily production meeting to review the previous day's performance and follow up pending action if any Ensure all consumables stock are available on the shop floor, also take follow up for purchasing new consumables Reduce consumables consumption by optimising the production process, and validating consumptions as per requirement. To monitor & measure the skills of the operators and initiate suitable action to improve the operator skills. Accountability of material, FG, raw material WIP and answerable for all the items handed over to production. Ensuring that products and services meet the established standards set by the company, take regular meeting for the same Provide the root cause analysis for the daily quality defects and provide the fool-proof actions for the same Preferred candidate profile Should have experience in MI production (Industry Preference- EMS)
