Assistant Manager - Alumni Relations

As the Assistant Manager of Alumni Relations, you will be instrumental in enhancing the connection between the institute and its alumni network. Your primary responsibilities will include devising and implementing engagement strategies, overseeing communication platforms, organizing various alumni events, and upholding accurate alumni records to nurture enduring relationships. Your duties will involve developing innovative approaches to involve alumni and reinforce their ties with the Institute. You will be in charge of planning and executing alumni-focused activities like reunions, networking sessions, webinars, and mentoring programs. Additionally, maintaining an up-to-date and segmented alumni database for targeted interaction will be crucial to your role. You will be expected to monitor and evaluate alumni engagement metrics to guide future initiatives and assess the efficacy of existing programs. By fostering a sense of community and inclusivity among the alumni through consistent and meaningful engagement efforts, you will contribute to building a strong network of lifelong connections. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a postgraduate degree, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple deadlines effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, based on-site at the institute's location.,
