Job Description

Translate regulation into change we can execute.
Parse legislative texts and regulatory guidance into clear policies, process changes, and control requirements; baseline the asis,” define “tobe,” and create a measurable roadmap to adoption.
Experience in
Legal/Compliance programmes
, especially
AIrelated legislation
(e.g., EU AI Act, ISO42001,GDPR, risk assessments & classification).
Experience with AI Governance & AI Audit planning.
Familiarity with AI ML technologies including the Gen AI, Agentic AI and MCP Architectures.
Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks aligned with global standards (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001).
Know how to evaluate compliance with internal AI policies, ethical guidelines, and legal obligations.
Knowledge of security, privacy, and risk frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, ISO standards) and how they integrate with business performance management.
Conduct independent audits of AI systems, models, and data pipelines.
Evaluate model documentation, explainability, fairness, robustness, and accountability.
Map to the Performance Framework.
Drive seniorlevel alignment.
Orchestrate VP/Directorlevel forums, surface tradeoffs with evidence, and
navigate conflicting priorities
to secure decisions and sponsorship.
Accelerate delivery with tight turnarounds.
Structure work to deliver value quickly (problem framing options recommendation), holding teams to timelines and removing blockers.
Design controls & measures.
Codefine minimum viable controls, leading indicators, and lag KPIs; integrate into scorecards and governance rhythms (PDCA / check & challenge).
Own the AI requirements lifecycle.
Elicit, document, and manage requirements of client towards AI
Partner across Legal, Risk & Tech.
Work closely with Legal (interpretation), IRM/Cyber (controls), Security & Privacy (assurance), Data/AI teams (usecase impact), and Ops (implementation).
Communicate clearly.
Create concise exec briefs, decision logs, and stakeholder updates; ensure “one source of truth” in the tooling (e.g., ALM/ADO/Jira, GRC/ServiceNow).
Embed adoption.
Support training, communications, and rolebased guidance; define acceptance criteria and readiness checks; support audits and attestations.
