Key Responsibilities:

Static Application Security Testing (SAST):

• Perform code-level security assessments using tools such as

  SonarQube

  , Checkmarx, or Fortify.
• Analyze results, identify vulnerabilities, and provide actionable remediation guidance to development teams.

Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST):

• Coordinate with external vendors for DAST activities and track closure of identified vulnerabilities.
• Review and validate fixes to ensure resolution of reported issues.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare detailed

  security assessment reports

  and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of testing processes, findings, and closure activities.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead and participate in

  security review calls

  with clients and internal teams.
• Communicate technical findings in a clear, concise manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Technical Competency (Good To have ) :

• Leverage knowledge of

  Java or other programming languages

  to perform code reviews and understand application logic.
• Contribute to secure coding practices and developer awareness initiatives.
