As an Assistant Manager - Production Coordinator at Get Me Rank (GMR) in New Delhi, you will play a pivotal role in managing the creative and video production processes. With 24 years of experience in the department of Creative & Video Production, GMR is dedicated to building brands through high-converting video ads and scalable growth strategies for various clients including D2C brands, real estate giants, and fast-growing startups. If you are enthusiastic about translating ideas into captivating visual narratives and coordinating seamless production, this opportunity is tailor-made for you. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all aspects of video production from pre-production to post-production. This includes coordinating with creative teams, managing multiple shoots, and ensuring that every element required for a successful video shoot, such as casting, props, costumes, makeup artists, and locations, is meticulously organized and executed. Your role as a Production Coordinator demands meticulous planning, efficient communication, and strong vendor management skills to ensure that every project aligns with the client's objectives and brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage the end-to-end workflow of video production projects. - Handle casting, props, costumes, makeup artists, and stylists as per shoot requirements. - Scout, book, and oversee locations for video and ad shoots. - Develop and maintain production schedules, call sheets, and vendor coordination. - Act as a liaison between creative strategists, video editors, and clients to align on shoot objectives. - Supervise shoot logistics to ensure timely and on-brand execution. - Negotiate and manage vendors and freelancers, including DOPs and artists. - Monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective project delivery. - Implement quality control measures to maintain production outputs in line with brand standards. Requirements: - 3-4 years of experience in production coordination or shoot management, preferably in an agency or studio environment. - Proficiency in multitasking and project management. - Strong problem-solving skills with a creative outlook. - Excellent communication and vendor management abilities. - A deep passion for content creation, storytelling, and digital media. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
