This involves handling casting, props, costumes, makeup artists, and stylists as per shoot requirements. You will also be responsible for scouting, booking, and managing locations for video and ad shoots, creating production schedules, call sheets, and coordinating with vendors. Additionally, you will be the main point of contact between creative strategists, video editors, and clients to ensure all shoot objectives are aligned. Furthermore, you will be in charge of shoot logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on-brand, negotiating and managing vendors and freelancers, maintaining budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective execution. Quality control of all production outputs in accordance with brand guidelines will also be under your purview. To qualify for this role, you should have 3-4 years of experience in production coordination or shoot management, preferably in an agency or studio setting. Strong multitasking and project management skills are essential, along with a creative eye and practical problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and vendor management skills are required, along with a passion for content, storytelling, and digital media.
