Assistant Manager- Admin & Ticketing

 

EXPERIENCE –

 

SALARY SCALE – 5-6 LPA


Industry – Any

 

Communication skills –

 

1.                      Application and processing visas of various countries for MD and senior managers of the company

2.                      Booking domestic and international air tickets and hotels for MD and company staff time to time

3.                      Upkeep, cleanliness and resolving all maintenance issues/repairs of Corporate office

4.                      Supervising the housekeeping, pantry and security staff of the Corporate Office

5.                      Ordering and maintaining stock and inventory of Pantry items, Cleaning material, and stationary at Office.

6.                      Processing staff travel reimbursement and claim forms on a daily basis, and coordinate with Finance department for the disbursal of those expenses.

7.                      Organising Employee engagement activities at Head office.

8.                      Managing all corporate credit cards of the company and their billing.
