Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in Admin, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations in Malleswaram, Bengaluru. Your key responsibilities will include managing office facilities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring proper housekeeping. It will be your duty to ensure the smooth functioning of office infrastructure and compliance with regulations. In addition, you will handle employee attendance, asset management, and procurement activities. Supporting HR and management in admin-related functions will also be part of your role, along with ensuring that safety, security, and cleanliness protocols are followed diligently. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Office Administration, demonstrating strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and other admin tools is essential, along with excellent communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English. This is a full-time job opportunity with a flexible schedule and a day shift. A performance bonus is also included in the benefits package. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role, and the expected start date is 30/06/2025. The work location is in person at Malleswaram, Bengaluru.,
