Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable - Global Service Centre

You will be joining DP World as an Assistant Manager- Account Receivable & Tax Accountant in the Global Service Centre located in Navi Mumbai. Your role will involve supporting the GSC Finance in managing various accounting activities of the company, including finalization of accounts, audit, financial planning and analysis, financial and management reporting, accounting supervision, working capital management, statutory and other compliances, including managing tax returns. - Invoice import order management and transfer from contracts module on a regular basis - Ensure correct invoices are sent to customers for all jurisdictions based on jurisdiction rules - Regular check and escalation of unpaid accounts receivable invoices - Take ownership of accounts receivable ageing and ensure correct allocation of advances from customers - Communicate with customers regarding invoice submission requirements - Review and escalate overdue receivables with customers - Maintain supporting documents for tax filings on a monthly basis for all jurisdictions - Update input and output VAT as per jurisdictional requirements - Create documentation file for various tax-related calculations - Update tax files regularly - Good acumen of financial systems - Proficiency in ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, Excel, etc. - Minimum 4 years of experience in a reputed organization - Degree in Accounting DP World, as an equal employer, values diversity and an inclusive culture.
