Job Description

Position : Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage taxation matters including Returns, VAT, TDS, CST, TCS, and Advance Tax, along with handling related notices and compliance.
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements and oversee reconciliation of banks, debtors, and creditors.
  • Handle payroll processing, salary preparation, and voucher entries in Tally.
  • Maintain Accounts Payable/Receivable, branch accounting, and related reconciliations.
  • Prepare daily operational collection reports and monthly stock statements; maintain stock, purchase, and sales registers.
  • Process invoices in Tally and support internal audits.
  • Prepare Excel-based reports for analysis of general expenses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
