Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager – Accounts
Location: City International School, Manas City
Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 1 year in school accounting, with at least 3 years of total accounting experience

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks such as fee collection, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and maintain financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory requirements
Assist in audits and maintain accurate financial records
Handle payroll and related statutory deductions
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies

Requirements:

B.Com/M.Com with knowledge of school accounting processes
At least 1 year of experience in a school’s accounts department
Minimum 4 years of total accounting experience
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
