Job Description

Assistant Manager Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Support timely and accurate MIS reporting for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate on the annual budgeting process and its variance analysis
  • Perform reconciliations (ledger/vendor/GL) and ensure financial data accuracy
  • Handle accounts payable operations including invoice processing, TDS, and vendor reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audit requirements
  • Maintain data integrity in ERP and financial systems ( SAP)

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel

    and

    accounting software (SAP HANA).


  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
