Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, located in Indore. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, coordinating meetings and schedules, assisting with project management activities, and handling communications. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and communications
• Experience in coordinating meetings and managing schedules
• Ability to assist with project management activities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in using office software and tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is beneficial
