Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for computers, printers, scanners, and other office hardware
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN and internet connectivity
Basic configuration and support for firewalls, routers, and Wi-Fi networks
Coordinate with service providers for internet and network-related issues
Ensure regular system updates, backups, and antivirus checks
Help enforce IT policies (user access, data protection, device usage)
Maintain asset inventory and basic documentation of IT activities
Assist in onboarding new employees (email setup, system allocation, etc.)
Provide support for small-scale network expansion or office IT upgrades
