Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Human Resources professional to join our team at Fortis Healthcare Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Develop and maintain comprehensive employee records and databases.
Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, including benefits administration and compliance.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management systems.
Conduct training sessions and workshops on various HR-related topics.

Job Requirements
