Position: Assistant HR Manager

Location: Chimbali, Pune, Maharashtra .

Qualification: MBA or Any relevant Degree

Experience: 3 - 5 Year's of experience in manufacturing or trading industries

Salary: 30K - 40K Per Month

Job Description:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Source and attract top talent for machine tools trading and manufacturing operations

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including interviews and onboarding

2. Employee Relations:

Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

3. Training and Development:

Design and implement training programs for employees

Identify skill gaps and develop strategies for upskilling

4. Performance Management:

Implement performance management systems

Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions

5. Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies

Identify and mitigate HR-related risks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
