We are seeking a motivated Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team and head the housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Supervise and train staff to maintain luxury standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping (hotel or resort preferred).
• Pre-opening exposure is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
