Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant located in Srinagar. The Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting management in various capacities. Additionally, the Assistant will assist with project management tasks, coordinate with team members, and ensure smooth operations within the office.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage schedules and handle correspondence
Experience with project management and coordination tasks
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
Previous administrative experience preferred
