Assistant

Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for managing Instagram & Lead Management, Social Media & Content Management, Calendar & Scheduling Management, Team Coordination & Communication, and Client Communication & Relationship Management. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage Instagram DMs, responding professionally and converting leads into meetings. - Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients from Instagram inquiries. - Maintain a structured follow-up system to ensure all leads are engaged. - Oversee regular content posting on Instagram and Youtube, ensuring consistency and brand alignment. - Assist with basic video and image editing to enhance social media content. - Collaborate with the content team to ensure all posts go live on time. - Maintain and update the calendar, scheduling meetings, client calls, and internal discussions. - Ensure reminders and follow-ups for all scheduled appointments. - Act as the point of contact between the on-site and remote team members. - Ensure smooth communication and workflow between different departments. - Assist in managing team meetings, task follow-ups, and overall coordination. - Maintain professional and prompt communication with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups. - Assist in responding to client queries, updates, and concerns in a timely manner. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in social media management or handling business accounts will be a plus but not mandatory. - Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, InShot, or similar tools). - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
