Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant General Manager-Training at Sagility, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team working collaboratively with the Training, Operations, and Quality teams. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the new hire training process and ensure the quality performance of newly trained resources. You will also be involved in planning and executing various interventions during the on-the-job training phase. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing and managing the Training budget, ensuring Training ROI - Collaborating with Operations to manage Training Operations effectively - Driving key initiatives and continuous improvements across identified LOBs - Managing Training VOE & Stakeholder feedback - Developing team members for future growth - Managing attrition and ensuring batch throughput meets business targets - Maintaining healthy first pass yield as per defined targets - Managing batch productivity and quality up to 90 days post classroom training - Leading review cadence and creating performance benchmarks - Working with clients and internal teams to drive Content Change management - Identifying and managing stakeholders, establishing requirements, and drafting improvement plans - Investing time in self and team development through upskilling and individual development plans - Initiating improvement initiatives for training practices and overall process enhancement - Leading a team of trainers towards achieving team goals and objectives - Driving content review, analysis, and necessary improvements - Implementing cost control measures through optimization of resources Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Postgraduate with any Training Certifications - High level of Communication Skills - Extensive experience in US Healthcare/BPO, with a minimum of 10+ years in U.S Healthcare BPO Process Training - Thorough understanding of US health care (ERISA/HIPAA/State Mandates) - Sound knowledge of training delivery and facilitation in virtual environments - Proven participation in Training Improvement Projects - Awareness of ISO, ISMS, and other Compliance and Audit Parameters - Proficiency in MS Office Tools - High level of Integrity, Maturity, and People Management practices Additional Details of the Company: Sagility is a dynamic organization that values diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
