Assistant General Manager

Hello Candidates . We are South Delhi based 4 Star Boutique hotel. We have our branches in Shimla, New Delhi, Goa.

We are looking to hire General manager ( Sales) for all our unit. The head office is in New Delhi. We dont provide accomodation.

The candidate needs to have hotel sales experience .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand the company's customer base.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and training to improve their performance.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
• Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture focused on exceeding targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
