Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage civil construction activities for the redevelopment of Nampally Railway Station under EPC mode.
Ensure project execution as per
CPWD norms, Central Government specifications, and approved drawings
.
Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control to ensure timely project delivery.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, railway authorities, and client representatives to resolve technical and execution issues.
Monitor progress against project timelines and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
Ensure adherence to
quality standards, safety protocols, and statutory compliances
on site.
Review and approve construction methodologies, work procedures, and technical submittals.
Handle contracts management, billing, and documentation in line with CPWD and Railway guidelines.
Manage a multidisciplinary project team including engineers, supervisors, and contractors to achieve project goals.
Provide leadership in decision-making, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.

B.Tech (Civil Engineering) from a recognized university.
2230 years
of progressive experience in Civil Construction projects, preferably in
Central Government / Railway / CPWD projects
.
Strong knowledge of
CPWD norms, EPC contracts, and railway infrastructure works
.
Proven track record of managing
large-scale building and infrastructure projects
with strict timelines and budgets.
Expertise in project management tools, contract administration, and statutory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Experience in Railway Station / Metro / Large Public Infrastructure redevelopment will be an added advantage.
