About the Role:

AGM-Manufacturing Engineering

senior leadership

Role Overview:

In-depth knowledge
of manufacturing
engineering processes
within the
forging industry
in specific and manufacturing as general.
Effective & Efficient
Implementation of
process control methods
and conduct root cause analyses for recurring issues.
Collaborate
closely with
Production, Quality and Design & Development
to support
manufacturing excellence
and
product innovation
.
Drive
continuous improvement initiatives
across all manufacturing areas and other
productivity-enhancing methodologies
.
Develop
operational techniques
for
reduction
in
cycle time
& identification of
improvement opportunities
in ongoing processes
.
Working knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, and PFMEA processes is required.

What you bring:

20+ years of experience in
Manufacturing Sector
.
Strong grip on manufacturing processes, AutoCad & Control Methods.
Demonstrate ability to lead teams
