Job Description

Company:

Lead daily stand-up meetings with the Sales team and provide technical design guidance.
Design and prepare customer layouts for the Sales Department.
Develop WIC panel drawings and fabrication drawings for the Production Department.
Design and prepare upgrade drawings for the Service Department.
Create part drawings and chamber drawings for vendors and the Purchase Department.
Review and approve vendor drawings to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
Check and validate all drawings prepared by team members to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and customization.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and design precision.
Leadership ability with team coordination and mentoring skills.
Strong communication and analytical thinking.

Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Design or a related field.
