Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution:

    • Plan and manage end-to-end fit-out, renovation or expansion projects within the jewellery office premises.
    • Review architectural drawings and BOQs for accuracy and feasibility.
    • Prepare work schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.

  • BOQ & Material Management:

    • Review and verify Bills of Quantities in collaboration with architects/contractors.
    • Coordinate procurement and usage of materialsinteriors, electrical, HVAC, lighting, safety, etc.
    • Approve quality of materials and finishes in line with brand aesthetics.

  • Vendor & Contractor Coordination:

    • Liaise with contractors, interior designers, engineers, and consultants.
    • Ensure vendor compliance with project timelines, quality, and safety standards.
    • Conduct regular site visits and track execution progress.

  • Fit-Out & Facility Detailing:

    • Ensure all furniture, fittings, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and IT/AV installations are aligned to design.
    • Work closely with internal departments to ensure functional needs are met (e.g., showroom areas, secure zones, lighting).

  • Compliance & Quality:

    • Ensure adherence to local building codes, fire safety, and facility compliance.
    • Conduct quality checks and resolve execution issues on-site.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain project documentation, snag lists, cost tracking, and handover reports.
    • Report regularly to senior management on project status, delays, or risks.
