Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Front Desk Manager at Four Points by Sheraton, located in Jaipur. The Assistant Front Desk Manager will be responsible for managing daily front desk operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling receptionist duties. The role includes providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, and clear communication with guests and team members.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Receptionist Duties and Communication skills
  • Experience in handling Reservations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
