Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant located in Mahmudabad. The Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling correspondence. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of reports, supporting office management duties, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Skills: Scheduling appointments, maintaining records, handling correspondence
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Customer Service Skills: Providing support and information to customers
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an added advantage
