Job Description

Key responsibilities

Support the Finance Controller in managing day-to-day financial operations and controls
Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Perform detailed variance analysis against budget and forecast, providing clear commentary and insights
Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately, with prompt resolution of reconciling items
Contribute to the year-end close process and coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit
Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
Support the development and submission of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and performance insights
Maintain high standards of financial reporting and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (CA/CMA preferred)
Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivo
