Assistant F&B Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations
• Supervise restaurant, room service, and banquet functions
• Monitor and improve service quality and operational efficiency
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction
• Supervise, train, and schedule F&B staff effectively
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
• Assist in handling guest complaints and resolving service issues promptly
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service
• Support planning and execution of events, promotions, and menus
• Track and control inventory, wastage, and portion sizes
• Generate daily sales and service reports as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management (or equivalent)
• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in food & beverage operations; at least 2 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Good knowledge of F&B operations, inventory management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
