Job Description

You are a dynamic and detail-oriented Wedding and Events Manager responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. Your role involves ensuring exceptional customer service and organizing memorable events to exceed client expectations. As a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and excellent organizational abilities, you will create unforgettable experiences for clients. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing event strategies aligned with company goals, leading end-to-end planning and execution of events, managing event budgets, mentoring the events team, managing vendors and external partners, collaborating with internal stakeholders, overseeing event logistics, identifying and managing risks, evaluating event performance, representing the company's brand identity, staying updated on industry trends, and assisting in promotional activities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, including at least 1 year in a leadership role. You should possess strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent organizational and project management skills, proficiency in budget management, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Additionally, creative thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and flexibility to work irregular hours are essential. The job is located in Sector 43, Gurgaon, with a shift time from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, six days a week. The salary ranges from 15,000.00 to 30,000.00 per month, and immediate joiners with a personal laptop are preferred. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, paid time off, and a yearly bonus. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring in-person work. The job also offers a yearly bonus and requires weekend availability. Immediate joiners with their own personal laptops are preferred. The experience in Wedding and Event management for at least 3 years is preferred.
