Sr. Key Responsibilities
1 Analyze project requirements, project feasibility data and prepare preliminary budget estimate based on concept and architectural drawings.
2 Obtaining cost efficiency for different products available in the market and identify the right fit for the Brand with respect to design , material or service.
3 Monitor and Track the cost estimates and progress periodically and identify and changes in the Project leading to cost deviation.
4 Ensure rates in the WO & PO are within budget/estimate.
5 Reconcile material used and maintain reports to track with budgeted quantity.
6 Prepare cost review statements, reconciliation and cash flow statements.
7 Work with a flexible approach to accommodate various requirements of the project with priority to organizations objective.
8 Preparation of BOQ with detailed specification to be sent to contractors and follow up for quotations/tender.
9 Preparation of work orders as per finalized BOQ, agreed terms and condition.
10 Work closely with the procurement, contract and design team to obtain required information for budget estimation and monitoring.
11 Preparation of MIS report on monthly basis for cost/quantity incurred against budget, balance cost/quantity of project.
