Good exposure on production and planning
Hands on experience on manpower handling and shift planning.
Experience on manpower skill development.
Exposure to losses management and OEE.
Exposure on process like, Heat Treatment, hard chrome plating, grinding, polishing, and machining.
Exposure on TPM 5s, PPAP, FEMA, and ISO.
Good on achieving targets related to Shift output.
Control on rework and rejection in shop floor.
Good at problem solving with machines.
Hands on experience of CNC Programming and Setting. Etc...
