Assistant Engineer

As an Assistant Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and engineering operations of the hotel. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. - Supporting the engineering team in inspecting, diagnosing, and fixing equipment malfunctions. - Monitoring and recording maintenance activities and reporting any issues to the Maintenance Manager. - Assisting in implementing preventive maintenance schedules. - Ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored. - Following all safety procedures and company policies. - Responding to guest service requests related to engineering issues when assigned. - Collaborating with other departments for operational support. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. - 0-1 years of experience in hotel or facility maintenance preferred. - Basic knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.). - Ability to use tools and read technical manuals. - Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts. - Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
