Job Description

As an Associate Engineer DS1 & TA1 in the Service Delivery team, your role will be crucial in ensuring seamless Operations & Maintenance (O&M), incident management, and technical troubleshooting. Your contributions will directly impact network stability, customer experience, and the evolution of intelligent telecom services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver O&M support for core and cloud systems to maintain availability and performance. - Lead incident and emergency handling, ensuring timely resolution and providing RCA for critical events. - Support project execution including new node acceptance tests and technology rollouts. - Drive automation and AI initiatives for predictive maintenance and operational efficiency. - Monitor and review TT, CR, and AT performance to ensure adherence to guidelines. - Ensure MIR release and user access controls align with Ericsson standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, hardware partners, and stakeholders for smooth service delivery. - Interface with regional and global support teams for escalated issues and knowledge sharing. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in engineering (Telecom/IT/Computer Science) or equivalent. - 3 years of experience in Telecom O&M, Service Delivery, or Customer Support. - Hands-on experience with Ericsson Charging System preferred. - Exposure to AI/ML-driven operations or automation frameworks is advantageous. - Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes. - Knowledge of Intelligent Networks (IN), CAMEL, INAP, Voice Call & Signalling Routing, Network Architecture & Protocols, End-to-End Performance Audit & Optimization, IP Networking & Network Security. - Familiarity with AI-based monitoring and data analytics tools, ITIL, Oracle, CCNA, Red Hat. - Cloud, Automation, or AI/ML certifications are a plus. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Effective communication with stakeholders. - Ability to perform under pressure and meet SLA/WLA targets. - Collaborative, knowledge-sharing, and innovation-focused mindset.,
