Report all breakdowns to Die Maintenance Section head and execute maintenance activities for breakdowns in shifts, as per direction provided
Prepare die breakdown reports for own shift as per the designated format
Assist Die Maintenance Head in analyzing breakdowns and implementing corrective action
Document all jobs including details of problem diagnosis and resolution as well as spares used for future reference and analysis
Monitor spares consumption and issue material from Stores as per requirement
¢ Ensure effective utilization of spares and materials for breakdown maintenance activities
¢ Update log books and provide regular MIS and feedback on shift performance to the department w.r.t die breakdowns, breakdown reports, spares consumption etc. for monitoring and reporting purposes
Comply with all regulatory and statutory requirements as specified by ISO, OHSAS, TS etc.
¢ Updated Knowledge in the latest tooling technologies
Knowledge of die maintenance activities including preventive & breakdown maintenance
Desired Qualifications
B.E or B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering
