Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure correct system vs physical stock, Perpetual inventory,
Ensure Safe Material handling, and effective material movement,
Effective utilization of available resources, (capacity utilization),
On time GI-GRN and material stocking, PEEP,
Rejected material back to vendor, supplier.
Inventory analysis and maintain moving stock in warehouse
Maintain moving inventory in stock and prepare disposal plans for non moving inventory
ABC analysis and follow FIFO
Adherence to quality and commercial requirements for dispatches
Handling dispatch & logistic related commercial documents (export & domestics)
Goods movement to customer and vendors and get the confirmation.
Ensure safe working and safety practices to be implemented
Ensure continuous improvement in stores & dispatch functions and implement 6 S, review & implement of daily Kaizens.

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of dispatch & logistics and its documentation.
Knowledge of excel and data analysis.
Knowledge of SAP-MM module.
