Assistant Engineer I, Field Service

As an Electrical Engineer at Vertiv Projects in EV Charging Infrastructure, Retail Stores, Data Centers, and Telecom Projects, your role will involve project tracking, vendor and site management, project implementation, and customer interaction. You will coordinate and run assigned projects to ensure smooth operations, high-quality service delivery within budget, and maintain the accuracy of the customer listing. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining a planned maintenance completion rate of at least 90%. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and run assigned projects ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery within budget. - Maintain accuracy of customer listing by reporting any issues. - Assist in maintaining a planned maintenance completion rate of at least 90%. Qualifications: Required/Minimum Qualifications: - Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree. - Experience in technical service for EV Charging Station or Electrical equipment environments like Control Sub-Station or related industries. Additional/Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in computer programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Previous field service experience. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Self-starter with the ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively under pressure. - Possession of a clean, valid driving license. - Willingness to work after hours and weekends at short notice. - Daily travel to and from customer sites. Please note the following: - Computer literacy is essential. - Previous field service experience is preferred. - Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities are required. - A self-starter with effective time management skills is desirable. - Possession of a clean, valid driving license is mandatory. - After-hours and weekend work may be required at short notice. - Daily travel to and from customer sites will be part of the job requirements.
