Assistant Engineer - Application Engineering

As a Strategic and Planning professional, you will be responsible for preparing detailed work plans based on Sales Order deliverables. You will need to effectively plan, prioritize, monitor, and report project progress. In the absence of the Team Lead, you will lead the vertical in various Cross-Functional Team (CFT) meetings. Your core function will involve monitoring the order execution plan for design releases and reviewing the status of the plan with the team. It will be crucial to ensure the correctness of drawings released from a manufacturability and serviceability perspective. Additionally, you will participate in technical meetings with other functions and implement production and service feedback in designs. Your role will also entail providing innovative solutions for customized requirements and ensuring safe designs by interacting with sales and customers to understand and respond to their needs. You will work on standardization, non-moving inventory reduction, and gross margin improvement projects. Key Result Areas for this role include on-time releases, right-first-time deliveries, inventory utilization, closure of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) cases, and horizontal deployment.,
