Assistant Engineer - Application Engineering

Role Overview: As a member of the team, you will be responsible for strategic planning and execution in the absence of the Team Lead. Your main tasks will include preparing detailed work plans based on Sales Order deliverables, prioritizing and monitoring project progress, and leading vertical in various CFT meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor the order execution plan for design releases and review the status of the plan with the team. - Ensure the correctness of drawings released from manufacturability and serviceability perspectives. - Participate in technical meetings with other functions. - Implement production and service feedback in designs. - Provide innovative solutions for customized requirements. - Ensure safe designs and interact with sales and customers to understand and respond to their requirements. - Work on standardization, non-moving inventory reduction, and gross margin improvement projects. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in strategic planning and project management. - Strong technical background in design and engineering. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Experience in inventory management and process improvement projects.
