Assistant Director (YSP On Campus) - High School Programs

Role Overview: As the Program Lead for the Young Scholars Program (YSP) at Ashoka University, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and growth of the program. This includes overseeing all aspects of program development, student enrollments, and program delivery. You will need to develop annual plans, targets, and budgets aligned with the institution's mission and goals, catering to the needs of schools, parents, and students. Additionally, you will be responsible for building a network of faculty and industry experts, planning outreach and marketing efforts, managing the application process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop annual plans, targets, and budgets based on institutional goals and student needs. - Build a network of faculty and industry experts for program facilitation. - Collaborate with high school educators, counselors, and faculty to design high-quality programs. - Lead outreach, marketing, and communication efforts to attract students to the programs. - Manage the application to enrollment process and drive enrollments. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality and impactful programs. - Provide insights, feedback, and analysis for program improvement. - Manage and nurture a high-performance team. Qualifications: - Minimum 10 years of experience in custom program development and program lead roles. - Team leadership and management experience. - Preference for candidates with a career interest in Education and a strong educational background. - Teaching experience and a degree in the field of education are preferred.
