Assistant Director (Placement)

As an Assistant Director (Placement) in Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for providing leadership to placement related activities in the designated school. Your role will involve establishing and building relationships with industries at both national and international levels. You are expected to target competitive positions and profiles for students that align with opportunities offered by leading recruiters to students of top B-Schools. Additionally, you will work closely with the Dean/Director of the Campus to formulate Placement policies. Key Responsibilities: - Strengthening summer placements, periodic projects, internships, company visits, guest lectures, and industrial visits - Developing the Placement Brochure, presentations, and organizing visits to companies for student promotion and program awareness - Visiting industries to establish an industry interface for various training programs, CEO series, and corporate projects Qualifications Required: - MBA (2 years full time) from a leading national/international Management School - 8-10 years of experience in industry/corporate organizations, with at least 2-3 years at Middle Management level in Marketing/HR - Preference for candidates with experience in education institutions/sector and service sector - Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, kindly provide them for a more comprehensive understanding of the role.
