Role Overview: You will provide leadership to placement related activities in a designated School. Your primary responsibilities will include establishing and building relationships with industries at both National and International levels. Your goal will be to target competitive positions and profiles for students that align with those offered by leading recruiters to students of top B-Schools. You will work closely with the Dean/Director of the Campus to formulate Placement policies. Strengthening summer placements, periodic projects, internships, company visits, guest lectures, and industrial visits will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be in charge of creating Placement Brochures, presentations, and organizing visits to companies to promote students and various programs. Building industry interfaces for training programs, CEO series, and corporate projects will also fall under your purview. Qualifications Required: - MBA (2 years full time) from a leading national/international Management School. - 8-10 years of experience in industry/corporate organizations, with at least 2-3 years at the Middle Management level in Marketing/HR. - Candidates with experience from education institutions/sector and service sector will be preferred. - Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
