As an Assistant Director in the Office of Admissions at Ashoka University, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth application process for both undergraduate and postgraduate prospective students. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating an interest in liberal education, general and current affairs, and engaging in in-depth interactions with students. - Focusing on academic enhancement for the team. - Coordinating quality control and checks during application reviews, shortlisting for interviews, and conducting student interviews. - Supporting the selection process for admissions and scholarships. - Interacting with parents, guardians, and students to address questions, concerns, and sensitive issues related to decision-making and retention. - Traveling occasionally to meet with students and families.
