Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director Of Sales, located in Delhi, OH. The Assistant Director Of Sales will be responsible for supporting the Director of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include preparing sales reports, conducting sales meetings, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations, and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Strategy Development and Market Analysis
• Strong Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Strong Organizational and Time Management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in hospitality sales is a plus
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
