Assistant Director of Sales

The Assistant Director of Sales position is a full-time hybrid role located in Noida, offering some work-from-home flexibility. As the Assistant Director of Sales, you will be entrusted with overseeing sales operations, managing a team, identifying new business opportunities, and upholding high customer service standards. Your daily responsibilities will involve coordinating sales activities, setting sales objectives, analyzing sales data, devising and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining close collaboration with the team to ensure client satisfaction and business expansion. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, a knack for Business Development, exceptional Customer Service capabilities, a track record of successful Team Management, the ability to interpret sales metrics and formulate effective strategies, outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously as well as part of a team in a hybrid work setting. Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.,
