Role Overview

Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

• Research and create

  project briefings

  for residential and commercial properties.
• Write compelling

  property descriptions, brochures, and website content

• Develop creative content for

  social media platforms, blogs, email campaigns, and ad copies

  .
• Collaborate with the

  marketing and sales teams

  to understand project USPs and craft impactful messaging.
• Script and conceptualize

  video content

  for project highlights, client testimonials, and promotions.
• Ensure all content is

  SEO-friendly

  and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with

  real estate trends

  and competitor activities to create relevant content.
• Assist in preparing

  presentations and client pitch documents

  .

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field

  .
• 1–3 years of experience in

  content creation

  (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in

  English & Hindi

  .
• Ability to simplify

  complex project details

  into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
• Familiarity with

  SEO, social media, and digital marketing trends

  .
• Basic knowledge of

  Canva/Photoshop

  for creatives (added advantage).
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
